In 1989, Nirvana would estgablish itself in the Seattle grunge scene and released their first album, Bleach. Then in 1990 they would go on to sign onto the major label DGC Records. The following year, they would find unexpected success with their single "Smells Like Teen Spirit", which was a part of their second album, Nevermind.
